Your main objective is to ensure that both our clients and their pets feel welcomed, expertly cared for, and valued.
- Foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our patients and their owners.
- Support veterinary personnel with diverse responsibilities and treatments as needed.
- Manage a multiline phone system, efficiently tracking and scheduling appointments.
- Conduct follow-up calls to pet owners for future appointments and inquiries.
- Handle email communications with clients, referring veterinarians, and internal messages.
- Oversee the admission and discharge processes for pet patients.
- Manage invoicing and billing; prepare estimates, secure client approval, and process payments.
- Organize appointment schedules.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, with a natural ability to create a comforting environment.
- Demonstrate strong organizational capabilities.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness in reception and common areas.
