About Us:

With a legacy that began in 1936, we have been dedicated to serving the North Bay and Greater Sudbury regions for many years.
Position Overview:
We are in search of an enthusiastic Youth Camp Facilitator to contribute to our programs at the Espanola Community Centre. In this role, you will be tasked with designing and executing interactive activities for children aged 3 to 12, ensuring their enjoyment and enhancing the YMCA's reputation as a charitable entity.
- Design and conduct daily programs including group activities, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
- Employ effective behavior management strategies with participants
- Oversee the inventory of materials and replenish supplies as needed
- Greet all children attending programs and cultivate strong connections with participants and their families
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is energetic, collaborative, enjoys engaging with children, and is capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Previous experience in child-focused roles is advantageous.
