About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Framer Helper at Bath & Gill Construction Company. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the framing of houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment

As a Framer Helper, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Experience in construction or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
