Cleaning Operations Manager

Molly Maid is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Recommend additional services, such as painting or repairs, to maintain the facilities and ensure they remain in good condition.
- Assist cleaning staff with their duties as needed and establish work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
- Ability to supervise and train staff.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
