Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SOC Design Verification Engineer to join our team at AMD. As a key member of our System-On-Chip (SOC) DV team, you will be responsible for design verification for Design-for-Test/Debug features in complex AMD products.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and review verification test-plans to ensure high-quality design verification.
  • Develop verification infrastructure, test-bench components, and test-cases to support complex ASIC design.
  • Generate and verify test sequences to ensure accurate and efficient design verification.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Verilog or SystemVerilog and C/C++ programming languages.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Python is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with entire ASIC design flow and hands-on working experience on ASIC DFT/DFD design and verification is an advantage.
  • Experience in complex ASIC design (multi-million gates) and in DFT/DFD techniques such as JTAG/IEEE standards, power-gating, on-chip debug logic is an advantage.
  • Experience in verification of PHY protocols such as PCIE, XGMI, DDR, HBM is an advantage.
