Position Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Cloud Installation Support Specialist (Japanese/English) to guide customers through intricate processes and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients to ascertain technical requirements.
  • Document requirements and develop system configurations.
  • Conduct system testing as necessary.
  • Provide phone registration assistance to customers when required.
  • Facilitate customer training sessions, including Pre-Go Live and Post-Go Live Admin training.
  • After the Go Live phase, offer technical support for one week to confirm resolution of any outstanding issues before transitioning to the ongoing support services team.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a background in administrative roles within fast-paced environments.
  • Logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Technical aptitude is essential.

Preferred Experience

  • At least one year of relevant experience with a Technical diploma.
  • Familiarity with VoIP technology and related terminology.
  • Experience with cloud-based telecommunications system programming.
  • Initial configuration experience, such as user programming and SIP trunk provisioning, is advantageous.
  • Technical knowledge of Linux/Unix, Networking, and VMware is preferred.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of Wireshark, would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Linux Red Hat distributions is a plus.
