Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the sales strategy for this business segment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically devising and implementing sales initiatives aimed at enhancing sales volume and market presence.
  • Guiding and uplifting the sales team's performance through continuous mentorship, training, and support, ensuring they achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Keeping detailed records of sales activities and client interactions within our CRM to harness business intelligence.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to conduct market analysis and align sales strategies with evolving customer needs.
  • Effectively communicating our offerings, customizing messages to cater to a bilingual audience and ensuring strong customer engagement.
  • Acting as a cybersecurity authority and trusted consultant, remaining informed about industry trends to enhance customer interactions and solution offerings.
  • Building and nurturing robust relationships with clients by addressing their specific needs with tailored solutions.
Qualifications

  • Proven leadership abilities in sales, including mentoring, training, and motivating diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in a consulting or professional services context, with a solid grasp of consulting methodologies and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital sales strategies to boost sales velocity.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with a track record of thriving in a highly matrixed organization while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong aptitude for understanding customer needs and effectively aligning value propositions accordingly.
  • A passion for customer service, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Highly organized and results-driven, focused on achieving significant business outcomes.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage cross-functional teams efficiently.
