About the Role:

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dining Room Attendant to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As a Dining Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, providing exceptional service to guests, and supporting the waitstaff to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including refilling drinks, serving food, and responding to their needs.
  • Support the waitstaff in delivering outstanding dining experiences, including taking orders, serving food, and handling payments.
  • Assist with inventory control, including ordering supplies, counting stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in the teardown and setup of the kitchen, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Cirque du Soleil management team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a dining room or hospitality setting an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends, early mornings, and late nights.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
