Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painting Contractor to join our team at IG Painting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing painting projects, supervising workers, and ensuring the highest quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate painting projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Recruit, hire, and train painting staff, as well as manage their performance and development.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend personnel actions, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless project execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting or a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work outdoors, with occasional exposure to commercial, residential, restoration, and shopwork environments.
