We are seeking a part-time Market Research Assistant to join our team at Ipsos Limited Partnership. As a Market Research Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting mystery shopping assignments in various retail settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mystery shopping assignments in retail stores, observing and recording customer service interactions.
  • Provide detailed feedback on customer service quality, product knowledge, and overall shopping experience.
  • Meet with clients to discuss research findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience preferred.
  • Full-time enrollment or part-time enrollment in a program.
  • Own tools/equipment, including a cellular phone, internet access, and a printer.
  • Available to work on a casual basis, with a minimum of 10 to 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English required.
