Job Title: Veterinarian

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team at the Thunder Bay & District Humane Society.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to animals in our clinic, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of animal welfare programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care to animals, including vaccinations, surgeries, and diagnostic testing
  • Develop and implement animal welfare programs to improve the lives of animals in our community
  • Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and apply this knowledge to improve our services
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in veterinary medicine
  • 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
