We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at Robinson Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the framing and installation of wood structures.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools and equipment
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
• Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
• Schedule and coordinate work on sites, ensuring timely completion of projects
• Train and supervise apprentices, promoting a culture of excellence and safety

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience in the construction industry, preferably in framing and carpentry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads
