Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialized knowledge in diverse urban and multidisciplinary infrastructure design initiatives.
  • Engage in all phases of projects, from the initial idea to final execution.
  • Draft reports, technical documentation, and bidding materials.
  • Guide and support junior engineering staff.
  • Execute design tasks including calculations, concept creation, drafting, and planning, along with conducting studies and assessments.
  • Evaluate drawings and plans to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Oversee project management remotely, including contractual obligations, monitoring, invoicing, change management, and project acceptance.
  • Prepare service proposals, estimate project costs, and manage assigned projects and budgets effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Registered member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.
  • A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge in municipal infrastructure planning, system analysis, and underground pipeline network design.
  • Strong writing abilities are considered an asset.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.
