Building Maintenance Manager Opportunity

McKenzie Health Care Recruitment is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Manager to join our team in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. As a Building Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our buildings, as well as implementing a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain electrical, mechanical, and structural components of the building
  • Oversee waste management and grounds upkeep
  • Prioritize and execute work orders using state-of-the-art software
  • Coordinate with tradespeople, vendors, and contractors
  • Support fire safety program and winter weather preparedness

Requirements:

  • Journeyman or equivalent certificate
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Problem-solving skills and computer literacy
