We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Branch Manager to join our team at Pulsar Hydraulics Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mortgage facility and leading a team of 20-40 employees.
Key Responsibilities- Assume responsibility for the facility and its staff, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity.
- Work closely with sales representatives, purchasing agents, warehouse/assembly staff, and management to achieve business objectives.
- Manage production, inventory, and distribution processes, with a focus on lean manufacturing principles and ISO quality management systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Proven experience in production management, inventory management, and distribution.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office 365.
- Experience working within Eclipse ERP or similar software is an asset.
- Knowledge of the hydraulic hose industry and lean manufacturing principles is an asset.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
