Job Title: Personal Care Attendant

Chancellor Park is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to join our team. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for providing emotional support and companionship to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Transport residents in wheelchair or stretcher
  • Answer call signals to determine residents' needs
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience an asset
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Immunization records
  • Tuberculosis test
  • Adult Abuse Registry check
