We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-time Sales Associate to join our team at The Shoe Co. in Prairie Mall.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering a positive and inclusive store environment, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and brand offerings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote a positive store culture, and support operational excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Manager, providing regular updates on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Openness to learning and developing new skills, with a willingness to adapt to changing store needs.
