Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled software engineers with a specialization in User Experience to join an agile team dedicated to product design, development, customization, release, and integration. The Training Experience division within Solution SFT offers technological solutions (frameworks, applications, tools, content) for deployment on flight simulators and training devices. Our software solutions are utilized by Flight Instructors for training and assessment of aviation crews in both Civil and Defense & Security sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers and developers from various disciplines to create instructor station software.
  • Engage in the analysis, design, coding, testing, validation, and integration of the simulation platform along with the corresponding user interface (GUI) on flight simulators.
  • Design and integrate UI components into the application, which includes: WPF control libraries, web interactive modules, animated transitions, and design patterns.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of UI content to ensure compliance with design, performance, and reliability standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming, UML, C++ or C#.NET within a MS Windows environment.
  • Understanding of Web and SOA architectural principles.
  • Expertise in Graphical User Interface development.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Interest in real-time modeling and simulation systems is a plus.
  • Experience with WPF, WCF, or web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API) is advantageous.
