About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at 8157685 Canada LTD. in a hotel and resort setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-maintained.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work independently, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
