Job Title: Industrial Instrument Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Instrument Mechanic to join our team at Dimpflmeier Bakery Limited.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining industrial instruments and systems, repairing and adjusting system components, and completing test and maintenance reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test industrial instruments and systems to ensure proper operation
  • Repair and adjust system components to optimize performance
  • Complete detailed test and maintenance reports to document work
  • Remove and replace defective parts to maintain system integrity
  • Calibrate instruments and components to ensure accuracy
  • Develop and implement logical troubleshooting approaches to resolve issues
  • Determine and implement testing and maintenance procedures to prevent downtime
  • Install new measuring instruments to upgrade system capabilities
  • Coach and instruct apprentices to develop their skills
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work to ensure system reliability

  • Use hand-eye coordination to perform tasks
  • Perform bending, crouching, and kneeling to access equipment
