We are seeking a skilled Hand Dollmaker to join our team at Soft Wonders Limited. As a Hand Dollmaker, you will be responsible for creating handmade dolls and other wooden and ceramic items.

• Design and Create Handmade Dolls: Use your creativity and skills to design and craft unique handmade dolls from wood, stone, and other materials.
• Develop and Refine Techniques: Continuously develop and refine your skills in woodworking, ceramics, and other related crafts to produce high-quality items.
• Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Organize and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including inventory management, supply chain, and quality control.
• Sell Products on a Retail Basis: Sell our handmade products on a retail basis, either online or in-store, to customers who appreciate unique and high-quality items.

• Manual Dexterity: Possess excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle delicate materials and tools.
• Attention to Detail: Have a keen eye for detail and be able to accurately craft and assemble items.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
