Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our Corporate Office team. This role is designed for the afternoon shift, providing essential support from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service to current tenants, prospective clients, business associates, and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage afternoon reception duties, Monday to Friday;
- Handle and direct incoming phone calls;
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner;
- Ensure a clean and safe reception area;
- Process payments efficiently;
- Maintain inventory of office supplies;
- Coordinate service for office equipment;
- Oversee the upkeep of meeting rooms;
- Prepare and distribute mail and courier items;
- Maintain electronic calendars and contact lists;
- Support additional office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reception or customer service role;
- Preferred completion of an Administration diploma;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Friendly and approachable demeanor;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
