About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at CANTAM GROUP LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit production reports to management
    • Coordinate and schedule project activities
  • Site Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions to management
    • Train or arrange for training of site staff
  • Project Coordination
    • Estimate costs and materials for projects
    • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
    • Team player with excellent communication skills
