Position: Data Entry Clerk (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Salary: $17.50/hr

Key Responsibilities: As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing the way Canadians experience meal solutions weekly. Under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor and the Inventory & Receiving team, your duties will encompass:

  • Documenting all inventory modifications on a daily basis and reporting data to the supervisor.
  • Extracting transaction and purchase order information from the ERP system.
  • Analyzing inventory data to identify discrepancies and informing the supervisor.
  • Ensuring the daily receipt of open purchase orders in the ERP system.
  • Conducting daily data entry and inventory counts.
  • Performing additional inventory-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: 6+ months of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to follow directions and implement feedback effectively.
  • Proven capability to conduct inventory counts without errors.
  • Strong communication skills and accountability for completed tasks.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds independently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment is preferred.
  • Analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a cold environment (0 to +4 degrees) while performing data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
