Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at LSB Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of experienced personnel.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including the removal of rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with varying weather conditions. You must be able to work outdoors, in noisy and dusty conditions, and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime required as needed.
  • Flexibility to work at various locations, including outdoors, and adapt to changing project requirements.
