About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at AFPS - Accurate Fire Protection & Security. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Inspection: Inspect fire alarm products to determine the requirements for repair and maintenance.
  • Installation and Repair: Install and repair electronic fire alarm equipment, including circuit boards and other components.
  • Testing and Maintenance: Inspect and test fire alarm systems and assemblies to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and locate faults in fire alarm systems and equipment, and make necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete work orders, test reports, and maintenance records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in fire alarm systems installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
