Job Title: Structural Steel Draftsperson

Les produits d'Acier Roger Inc. is seeking a skilled Structural Steel Draftsperson to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and specifications for steel fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for steel fabrication projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Develop and prepare design sketches and models
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Prepare construction specifications and contracts
  • Write technical reports and specifications
  • Consult with clients and engineers to establish product requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Steel detailing certification
  • 2 years of experience in steel fabrication or a related field
