About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Aries Renovation Ltd. as a Renovation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our construction team in various renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation
    • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
    • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure site safety.
  • Construction Tasks
    • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
    • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
    • Pave and rake asphalt.
    • Assist in demolishing buildings.
    • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
    • Perform routine maintenance work.
    • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
    • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
    • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
    • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and detail-oriented.
    • Flexible and able to adapt to changing work environments.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in underground environments.
  • Ability to work in noisy and dusty environments.
  • Ability to work in various locations, including renovation sites.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. The work site will be outdoors, with potential exposure to heights and underground environments.

Work Hours
