  • Establish and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards within the development team.
  • Provide technical coaching, leadership, and supervision to the team.
  • Deliver team results by ensuring Scrum principles are respected.
  • Contribute to performance management and staff training needs.
Requirements
  • College or university degree in computer science.
  • More than 10 years of experience in software design, architecture, and deployment, including 5 years in a management position.
  • Agile/Scrum project management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Bilingualism (English, French) is an asset.
