Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Staff member to assist in our kitchen operations at Hi Five Chicken Maple Ridge. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate storage areas such as refrigerators and cupboards.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly to maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
