Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product requisitions and associated documentation for the Alliance group.
  • Deliver exceptional and professional customer support.
  • Accelerate order processing and address product shortages effectively.
  • Engage collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Propose enhancements to existing processes for improved efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
  • 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe applications.
  • Experience with AS400 systems is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
