- Culinary Leadership: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Food Allergy and Intolerance: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Kitchen Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Staff Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver our high standards of quality and service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
