Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Regina General Hospital. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting health and healing for our clients/patients/residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education as a member of the healthcare team.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Practical Nursing diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS).
  • Valid driver's license, where required.
