About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Jacent. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience for our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
  • Execute merchandising resets and build retail displays to maximize sales
  • Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to drive impulse purchases
  • Implement plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and visibility
Requirements
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable in changing environments and able to meet physical demands of the role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with business partners
