Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at International Gurukool Education Services. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll for all employees, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, including employee records and payroll history.
  • Human Resources Support: Provide human resources-related support, including personnel selection, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze payroll reports, including period-end reports and reconciliation of issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and employment standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll administration.
  • Skills: QuickBooks, accounting software, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
