The department is responsible for managing the Accounting and Finance Majors and Minors, as well as the Post-baccalaureate Diplomas in Accounting and Finance.

About the Position

We are seeking a qualified individual to teach the course Accounting Information Systems (ACCT 4270) as a sessional faculty member. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience teaching accounting information systems related courses.

Qualifications
  • Doctor's degree in Accounting with experience teaching accounting information systems related courses
  • MBA or Master's degree in Accounting with Canadian CPA designation and significant course work in accounting information systems related courses
Preferred Qualifications
  • Evidence of strong teaching potential from student evaluations
  • Significant related work experience
  • Ability to use a variety of instructional technologies
