Fruit and Vegetable Harvesting Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Fruit and Vegetable Harvesting Labourer to join our team at Rajinder Boora/ Sukhvir Singh D/o Lidhar Farm. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for harvesting a variety of fruits and vegetables, including apples, asparagus, bell peppers, cherries, cucumbers, garlic, melons, orchard fruit, strawberries, sweet corn, tomatoes, and zucchinis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and harvest agricultural crops
  • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots
  • Grade vegetables and fruits according to size, shape, colour, and volume
  • Hand harvest vegetables
  • Pack fruits and vegetables
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Sort fruits and vegetables
  • Harvest crops
Work Environment:

Our farm is located in a rural area, and we offer staff accommodation to our employees. Relocation costs are covered by the employer, and we have various locations to choose from.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Team player with a positive attitude
