We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at KER Holdings Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a clean and safe environment.
- Kitchen Management
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory and Supply Management
- Order supplies and equipment to ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked and equipped.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standards.
- Quality and Safety
- Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Ensure that all food is handled and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- Experience is an asset.
- Language
- Work Language: English.
- Work Arrangements
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
