Position Overview

Opex Foods Ltd is seeking a dedicated Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Duties: Set tables and bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas.
  • Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen items, including dishwasher mats and waste disposal units.
  • Customer Interaction: Take orders and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, as well as package take-out food.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of food quantities used and replenish condiments and supplies as needed.
Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. The ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure is essential.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
