Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures.
- Operate within the scope of practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and in accordance with organizational policies and protocols.

Our hospital, OMH (100 Mile hospital), is a 16-bed rural hospital located in downtown 100 Mile House. We offer a range of services, including emergency, acute care, and specialized services, and receive approximately 13,000 ER patients per year. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional care to our patients and communities, and we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
