Key Responsibilities

As a Campaign Fundraising Director at ROME GROUP, you will be responsible for leading multiple staff teams and building strong relationships with constituents to implement innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products and exceed revenue goals for our mission.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of fundraising staff to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and volunteers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 7-8 years of experience in fundraising or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of success in fundraising
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Strong leadership and management skills
