The Finance teams within CACF Finance are integral to our success, transcending traditional financial management by collaborating with diverse teams to facilitate the growth of this dynamic network.

We are in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key financial partner for several fulfillment centers. This position requires close collaboration with Finance and Business leaders to enhance cost management and deliver insightful analysis. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting comprehensive financial evaluations, articulating insights effectively, and driving data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop financial models and analyses
  • Deliver timely and accurate information to stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate complex financial matters
  • Analyze data to produce actionable reports
  • Implement enhancements to existing processes
  • Engage in recruitment and mentoring initiatives
  • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in finance or analytical roles
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or CPA certification
  • Expertise in data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Essbase)
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Exceptional presentation skills
