Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and marketing efforts
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Accor Hotels remains competitive
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of hotel experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role
- Formal university/college education, preferably in hotel management
- Experience in the advertising field and former association with an ad agency is an asset
- Familiarity with the convention market segments and leisure market segments is an asset
