About the Role

BURNS LAKE CONSTRUCTION is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work outdoors in dusty conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Reliability and strong teamwork skills.
Work Environment

Our construction sites are located at various locations. You will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.

What We Offer
  • Permanent work term.
  • 35-40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
