About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas+. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.

Inventory Management

Ensure that inventory is accurately counted, stored, and maintained in a clean and organized manner.

Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory and materials.

Team Leadership

Train and supervise inventory control staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Problem-Solving

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and other issues that may impact the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.

Experience

At least 7 months of experience in inventory control or a related field.

Skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule

35 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
