Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Management: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of logistics operations.
  • Logistics Planning and Organization: Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating traffic flow of supplies, managing inventory, and optimizing logistics processes.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Work Coordination and Review: Coordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Keep track of shipments, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
  • Workplace: On-the-road job, requiring frequent travel and flexibility.
  • Language: English.
