About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at MDR Design+Build Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and in hot temperatures.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the construction industry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own transportation and vehicle
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
