Position Overview

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor at ONE9 CLEANING SERVICES LTD., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across various sites. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team in maintaining exceptional service quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or facilitate their training
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Manage financial documentation related to cleaning services
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning tasks
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules with other departments
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
