Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology professional to join our team at Waymaker Creative Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their information technology requirements and provide expert advice on strategy, policy, and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure the integrity of our information systems.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Resolve conflict situations and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in information technology and software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position, 30-50 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency required.
