- Design and implement system integrations, including workflow and process engineering to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence services to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Create and oversee the execution of QA test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of business systems.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written policies and guidance to IT staff and end users.
- Coordinate and oversee small-scale projects to enhance operational efficiencies and technology capabilities.
- Conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with implemented technologies and processes.
- Regularly communicate with management and all users of information services and systems to ensure clear understanding and alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
- Five or more years of progressive technology experience with at least five years of business analyst experience.
- SaaS implementation experience a plus.
- Proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment, with experience in all common server applications.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage X3, Microsoft Business Central, Aptean Ross ERP, Aptean EMF, PowerBI, and Qlik.
- Strong understanding of reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects independently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an approachable style.
